The Texas Research Quarter is a 135-acre life sciences innovation district anchored around the former Electronic Data Systems (EDS) campus in Plano, Texas. The multisite project aims to develop over 4 million sq. ft. of life sciences facilities, including cGMP manufacturing and lab/R&D space, in the middle of one of the most desirable commercial locations in North Texas in Plano’s Legacy neighborhood.
